Shantae is the main protagonist of the Shantae series.
Origin
Shantae serves as the Guardian Genie of Scuttle Town, residing in a small lighthouse by the sea where she can spot incoming ships. However, she is initially afraid of the citizens discovering her Half-Genie status. In the original Shantae, she chases the villainous Risky Boots, in order to stop her plans.

Shantae will be released as a DLC Mii Fighter costume on June 29th, 2021, alongside Kazuya Mishima.
