BONK! is known for having the best punish game with Meta Knight, being highly proficient in both ladders and bridges, often with the use of multiple ladder resets. He has a very aggressive neutral, immediately creating openings and combined with his unmatched combo game, is able to kill opponents as low as 12% (ladder percentage), sometimes carrying his opponents across the entire stage to do so.
He is also known for creating and popularizing the "Condor Dive", a technique in which a drill rush is performed (usually off or around a platform) and then angled down and toward the ledge, spiking recovering opponents. This technique was used extensively in his set against LeoN, taking 3 of 12 stocks.
