While pressuring the opponent's shield, neutral attack's second  hit can finish off the attack to prevent opponent from acting [[out of shield]]. However this option can be countered if the opponent continues shield. The second hit is a get-off-me option.
At low percentages, neutral aerial can combo into neutral attack. Neutral attack's second hit is not a kill move.
