Here are some tips and resources for writing pages on individual moves.
Competitive section[edit]
Studying character discussion on SmashBoards and other forums can be a big help with assessing the strengths and weaknesses for each move. You may also want to rewrite parts of the move's description on the character's moveset table.

Hitbox data[edit]
Kurogane Hammer is the most accurate resource, but it has somewhat barebones data for the desired level for detail on these pages. For Smash 4, Master Core has complete data for hitboxes (it only goes up to 1.1.1, but the data can be compared with our changelogs). Some data is mislabeled, so be wary.

Frame data[edit]
Kurogane Hammer is especially useful here. Options for deducing animation length are limited, so you'll probably have to rely on .gifs or videos.
