Most Valuable Gaming (MVG) or MVG League is an event/talent management and tournament organizing company and roster of smashers based in Arizona and Florida. The founders of MVG are Gregg Mondesir and James Woods.

MVG is managed by a group including Gregory Mondesir and James Woods, and affiliated organizations including Lofton Global Management and J. Woods Enterprise.

10% of MVG is owned by Mew2King.
