Events is a single-player mode that appears in Super Smash Bros. Melee. Event mode consists of 51 different event matches, each of which consisting of a specific task that the player must perform. Not all tasks are standard matches, and some tasks set special conditions under which a player will fail.

Upon first turning on the game, 10 event matches are available for play. Additional events can be unlocked as certain conditions are met.


Super Smash Bros. Brawl

The event mode returns in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and features the ability to choose three difficulty levels for each event.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, certain co-op events are available.

Unlocked after completion of Events 1-27, unlocking all characters, unlocking All-Star Mode, and clearing The Subspace Emissary.
