(Can't confirm this with the 3DS version (since I can't find a video that's clearly the PAL English version), but the Wii U certainly doesn't seem to fix this (source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zy4tT1KMZs8). I know for a fact the video source I used is the PAL English version because it uses the European names for some series (such as "Project Zero" for Fatal Frame or "Rhythm Paradise" for Rhythm Heaven)..)
