(Learnt this one the hard way. I'm calling this the "Poké exclusion principle". Dunno if this also happens with the Pokéball, the exact details, or whether it happened in previous games.)
(First, it makes more sense for pkmn with hitboxes to be 0% and not N/A and pkmn without hitboxes to be N/A and not 0%. Second, I tested Master Balls in Smash 4 on stages I know can spawn all of them, 7 tests 15 min each and only once was there a pkmn that didn't show... and it was Mew. A few didn't show in my 30 min tests in Ultimate, so I think we can saw this is Ultimate jank(tm))
