Octopus is Mr. Game and Watch's final smash. When performed Game and Watch will transform into a giant black and white octopus. It's many tentacles will lash out as the player floats it around the stage.
History
The Octopus, as stated before, is taken from the game Octopus. In this game, three scuba divers wearing helmets go under the sea to loot some treasure from a giant octopus. If a tentacle touched them, it counted as a lost "life", so to speak. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, however, Mr. Game and Watch turns into the giant octopus and flies over the stage, similar to Super Sonic, but the octopus can extend it's tentacles, like it did in Octopus.
