Your opinion
Since you're an admin, what's your opinion on this article. IMO, the article is written like an opinion, and Conet is not notable in tournaments. Until he gets a notable tournament placing like getting Top 32 placing in a major, but for now, I don't think he isn't notable enough to cut out for an article.
Also, I don't know how to delete a page... can only admins do it? -- The 70's called. They said BeepYou was here :v 12:59, 7 January 2016 (EST)
- Yes, only admins can delete a page. Since you brought it up, Nyargle might be able to delete it for you if he doesn't find anything that would make Conet notable. Disaster Flare (talk) 13:05, 7 January 2016 (EST)
- Alright, then, thanks Trip! Seems like I'll never get to delete a page... -- The 70's called. They said BeepYou was here :v 13:12, 7 January 2016 (EST)
- No prob. :D I'm sure deleting pages isn't as fun as it seems though... XD Disaster Flare (talk) 13:13, 7 January 2016 (EST)

My smasher page deletion.
Hey dude, I noticed you removed my smasher page (http://www.ssbwiki.com/Smasher_talk:DJLO) because i didnt have any tournament results. you also noted "I don't think being a moderator in and of itself qualifies as "contributing high-level content".
I would just like to point out the the high-level content referenced on the page was the series of educational gifs i made for reddit, as seen here: https://www.reddit.com/r/smashbros/wiki/bkam Besides this list, I also contributed several gifs with in-depth write ups to reddit throughout the year, some of which are still in the top 50 post of all time on the subreddit. I actively moderate and would argue that my gifs inspired several others to begin creating similarly made content (with an emphasis on high quality, education, and thorough explanation).
If you stand by your deletion I understand, but figured I would argue my case. Have a nice day!
DJLO (talk) 14:22, 12 January 2016 (EST)
- I wasn't aware of those gifs. I'd like to see other opinions, of course, but in that case I'd consider you notable enough to receive a page. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 14:44, 12 January 2016 (EST)
My own Smash 5 ideas page
Hey, I'm a new member here, but I absolutely love your Smash 5 Ideas page. I was wondering if I could make one myself to compile all my own Smash 5 Ideas into one convenient place or if I have to be at a higher rank here to make such pages.
On top of that, if I upload new files that are meant solely for that page, how do I let others know so they don't get deleted? Coonfoot (talk) 21:48, 12 January 2016 (EST)
- Anyone's allowed to make pages in their userspace. Just make sure you put "User:Coonfoot/" in front of the title.
- If you make upload an image for your userspace, just add Category:User images to it.
- And lastly, have you considered adding on to Project Dream? ---Preceding unsigned comment added by you. Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 21:51, 12 January 2016 (EST)
- I have considered that. I prefer to start from scratch on a page of my own so I'll have more freedom, but I'll consider making some stuff for that, too. I have already edited the Wanted Characters section with a few character suggestions. Anyway, thanks for the help! Coonfoot (talk) 22:11, 12 January 2016 (EST)
- No problem, and okay! ---Preceding unsigned comment added by you. Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 22:21, 12 January 2016 (EST)

Redirect not working
I was making redirection pages, but some of them aren't automatically taking me to the page unless I capitalize it correctly. It's when I try to redirect though "Tink (SSBB)/(SSB4)". Anything I can do about this? -- Ethan (Discussion) 00:11, 14 January 2016 (EST)
- Not really, only the first letter is flexible if I remember correctly. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 07:25, 14 January 2016 (EST)
- Oh, okay. But it isn't that way with other redirects like "IC (SSBM)/(SSBB)". There probably isn't anything I can do about this and it doesn't really matter anyways. -- Ethan (Discussion) 12:00, 14 January 2016 (EST)
Smasher:Lonejedi
So a while ago you deleted Lonejedi's article for a lack of notability, well I might've found a result that might be enough to bring the article back. I found a result for them at 13th place at Handsome Jett 4. Is that notable enough or no? Disaster Flare (talk) 01:17, 14 January 2016 (EST)
- Not quite; I'd say only top 8 or 12 would be notable enough for a tournament of that scale. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 07:24, 14 January 2016 (EST)
Typo...
on your notice above. "I won't get discredit" doesn't make sense. You may wanna change that. ---This message is from Penro. 21:13, 19 January 2016 (EST)
Adding something to CNA
May I add what I said in SW:CNA's talk page to the project page? -- Ethan (Discussion) 15:03, 20 January 2016 (EST)
- I'm not opposed, but you may want to ask more people first. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 16:15, 20 January 2016 (EST)
- I guess that makes you neutral. No other admins are on right now so maybe I'll ask another active user or two. -- Ethan (Discussion) 16:26, 20 January 2016 (EST)
I saw your Dark pit SSBD page...
and I wanted to ask if I could take that over. It's been pretty much a month since that was last updated, and I know you are busy with admin tasks, plus I main Dark Pit... that said, I don't care either way. Penro, the and main. 22:45, 21 January 2016 (EST)
- Feel free to edit the page. Maybe not "take over", but... Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 06:04, 22 January 2016 (EST)
- Ok. Thanks! Penro, the and main. 14:44, 23 January 2016 (EST)
thank you

Project M
When I edited the Solid Snake page in the In Super Smash Bros. 4 I forgot to mention Project M with the Miiverse part and I want to revise it, Thanks! TabuuandMasterCore (talk) 14:19, 27 February 2016 (EST)
- If you edited it before, you should be able to again. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 15:12, 27 February 2016 (EST)
Another user that is ranked higher than me undid it ( wasn't you ) so i can't remember. TabuuandMasterCore (talk) 15:32, 27 February 2016 (EST)
- That doesn't matter, if you have something significantly new to add to it, go ahead. Serpent King 15:35, 27 February 2016 (EST)
Ethan7 undid it, but I wasn't breaking the rules of this wiki. TabuuandMasterCore (talk) 15:48, 27 February 2016 (EST)
- Your statement was "On Miiverse people said that Snake wouldn't return due to the Metal Gear Series going to mobile devices."
- Unless this was a direct statement from Nintendo, this should not be reported. Serpent King 15:54, 27 February 2016 (EST)
- I'm not sure what you are saying, but what people say on Miiverse is irrelevant as people can post whatever they want (I just said except Project M because this is a Smash related wiki, other things are banned). People can undo stuff that isn't breaking any rules. Rollback, however, is only for vandals and stuff. -- Ethan(Discussion) 15:57, 27 February 2016 (EST)
Could I possibly see you on the IRC?

Hi its SpikyUnicorn.
i have a question. how do i personalize my username, and make it a different color, add a picture next to it like yours? is that something i can do from the start, or do i need to wait a few days to be able to do that? thanks in advance, SpikyUnicorn832 (talk) 18:38, 13 March 2016 (EDT)
- Go to Special:Preferences. Once there, scroll down to the signature area, and you can customize your signature there. If you click on the edit button for this section of the talk page, you can see my signature as an example. If you need help changing something, just let me know. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 18:45, 13 March 2016 (EDT)
- Ok. got it. it doesn't really work that well when I sign with the four tildes but it works all right when i drag in the signature from my desktop. SpikyUnicorn832
Well I have a problem.
I have somebody doing a flood of edits in less than 6 minutes, somebody with a different IP Address did the first part, and changed my signature to something I didn't want. This is the first edit made by an unknown guy, http://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=User_talk:DatNuttyKid&oldid=840045, also click newer revision until it stops, it's my fault for having a weak password. TabuuandMasterCore La Flooding (talk) 21:27, 14 March 2016 (EDT)
- There really is no need to take this to another admin when Serpent King just debunked your theory. MegaTron1 21:29, 14 March 2016 (EDT)
Update List
How do you edit somebody's update history with the "Update List" thing? I have new info I want to add. WolfBloodSpam (talk) 19:59, 16 March 2016 (EDT)
- Edit the template page. You should at least be able to find the relevant template in Recent Changes. Nyargleblargle (Contribs)
A request
So your userpage says you look at the coding of Smash Bros. 4. Do you know anything about getting the sound.msbt
file from the latest Smash for Wii U update? I tried looking in the directory (I believe it was root/ui/message) but all I see is a packed
file. It's there in the base game I know, but I can't use that, since it doesn't have the data for the new songs. Maybe you can help me out? - EndGenuity (talk) 14:10, 20 March 2016 (EDT)
- Sorry, I analyze diffs from other people more than anything else. I don't actually have the rips. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 15:48, 20 March 2016 (EDT)
Your userspace?
Why did you erradicated it? It looked good. -- BeepYou, a user with no grammar at all :v (talk) 20:28, 31 March 2016 (EDT)

Quick question
Are you ever gonna do anything with the picture you uploaded that I have here? I was gonna delete them yesterday, but I wanted to check in with you first just in case you had something planned. Disaster Flare (talk) 22:20, 1 April 2016 (EDT)
- Oh spaghetti, I forgot about those. Go ahead and delete them. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 22:23, 1 April 2016 (EDT)
Conversation with Teamdeadlyalliance
Who do I speak to fix my teams page having inaccurate information on it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Teamdeadlyalliance (talk • contribs) 16:22, 24 April 2016
- As I stated in the message I sent to you, if you want to change the name of the article, you can add {{move|(desired name)|(reason)}} to the top of the page. Otherwise, you can explain the inaccuracy with your edit's summary (right above the save page button) or suggest a major change in the article's talk page. Again, welcome to the wiki, and I hope you stay with us. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 16:27, 24 April 2016 (EDT)
Fire Bow
Think we are ready to put your draft into action. Just wanted to get your ok since it is your page. Serpent King 19:34, 27 April 2016 (EDT)

CEO 2016 Wii U doubles has reached its cap.
Should I put the Wii U doubles numbers on the CEO 2016 lineup table. Even though that specific event has reached its cap, Alex Jebailey might extend the cap for the event since it reached the amount before the late registration begins. Jebailey said he would talk it over with Bear but told followers to not count on it. What's your thought on this? Thank you for your time. :) Here's the tweet Jebailey said this morning. Jebailey confirms that Smash 4 doubles reaches player cap
UPDATE: Jebailey confirmed to me on Twitter that the decision for Wii U doubles potential cap increase will not be revealed until next week. See this tweet in order what he said: Jebailey answering my question. Even though, it's pretty unlikely this specific event will have a cap increase due to the singles event probably going to be stacked and potentially larger than last year's CEO. -- Falcon-X (VISIT MY DOJO) 11:30, 26 May 2016 (EDT)
- The wording seems to indicate that the cap probably won't be raised, and it wouldn't be raised for at least a few days (so we wouldn't have a problem with constant updates), so I'd say yes, but the numbers should be removed entirely until the event if the cap is raised. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 13:51, 26 May 2016 (EDT)
- So your saying that it's unlikely for Wii U doubles to have its cap increased. Late registration begins on June 1st and ends on June 12th. Are you giving me a go-ahead for Wii U doubles #'s on the table, or is not needed at this moment. -- Falcon-X (VISIT MY DOJO) 13:58, 26 May 2016 (EDT)
Hey
You mind if we get rid of this? The lack of universe subpage is generating a missing template report. Serpent King 04:57, 16 June 2016 (EDT)
Moves
The move images you are uploading all have the same 3 problems:
- taken from Bulbapedia without credit
- WHF (width*height*frames) is too large to be thumbnailed
- They all seem to have transparency issues
Please consider all of this before uploading more. Thanks! Serpent King 17:49, 24 November 2016 (EST)
- I saw. Trying to correct the latter two right now and (obviously) will give credit if I can fix them. My bad. Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 17:51, 24 November 2016 (EST)
- Bulba has the transparency issues too it seems. The WHF issue can be corrected by frame cutting (cutting every 3rd or 4th frame usually works) Serpent King 17:55, 24 November 2016 (EST)
- Hmm... Can we split the frames to see what's up with that? Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 17:58, 24 November 2016 (EST)
- Well usually when rendering a gif, softwares will render a frame and then stack the next on top of it. That frame will be transparent in each of the like pixels (exact or nearby (depending on the quality of the render) rgb values) to the previous one. For some reason, it's not being rendered like that and what we see as transparent is really just cases where the renderer detected like pixels from the previous frame. does that make sense? Also, more info on the WHF thing. Serpent King 18:07, 24 November 2016 (EST)
