(could be a reference. The Sonic one isn't that related because this has good amount of hp/defense and there hasn't been an enemy like this in the Sonic games. Other part is really? Pokemon?)

A Ticken (テキン Tekin) is an enemy in the Subspace Emissary and first appears in The Plain. Its name comes from the word "chicken".  It looks like a giant, metallic chicken, though upon defeat, its "body" falls apart and reveals that a yellow bird was piloting the Ticken. The bird chirps, then flies away. The Ticken has two attacks, one where it flies into the air and then attacks with an attack similar to the Bowser or Yoshi Bomb, which can bury, and another where it extends its spikes and rams the player. An easy way to turn a Ticken into a trophy is to use your Trophy Stand when it is at low health, from a distance, because it has no projectiles and a slow movement speed. Tickens are also very resistant to both projectiles and fire.

Trivia
*The Ticken is probably a reference to enemies in some of the Sonic the Hedgehog games. When some of the enemies were defeated, an animal comes out. The same goes for this enemy.
*The fact that Tickens are resistant to fire and that Tickens are found in the Glacial Peak could be a reference to the Pokemon ability Thick Fat, which halves the damage from Fire and Ice type moves.
