Boss Galaga (ボス・ギャラガ, Bosu Gyaraga) are the strongest of the main enemies in the Galaga series by Namco. They appear in Super Smash Bros. 4 as items. If a player gets caught by its tractor beam, they will be taken to the top of the screen and over the upper blast line; its function is similar to that of the Beetle. If a Boss Galaga is hit by attacks, it will take damage (indicated by turning blue) and be defeated.
