Jigglypuff is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4, as confirmed by a leaker's Twitch stream. It retains Puff Up as its Final Smash. Its model and expressions have been updated to match recent appearances, notably Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, with brighter, more cyan colored eyes, which are also much smaller than in previous iterations.
Changes from Brawl
- Neutral attack and up tilt have been sped up.
- Up tilt, forward tilt, down throw and up throw do 1% more damage.
- Neutral air, back aerial, up smash and back throw deal 1% more damage and have more knockback.
- Forward throw seems to have strengthened, deals 1% more damage and has slightly shorter endlag.
- Dash grab is less laggy.
- Charging Rollout can be stopped.
- Rest is significantly more powerful and can now be comboed into reliably.
- Dash attack has less ending lag and is stronger.
- It does 1% less damage.
- Back aerial is drastically more powerful to the point where it can reliably KO under 120%.
- Because of this, it loses some of its Wall of pain ability.
- Pound no longer has any momentum to it.
- Forward air does less damage.
