Jigglypuff (SSB4)

Jigglypuff is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4, as confirmed by a leaker's Twitch stream. It retains Puff Up as its Final Smash. Its model and expressions has been updated to match recent appearances, notably Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, with brighter, more cyan colored eyes, which are also much smaller than in previous iterations.

Changes from Brawl

  • Buff Neutral attack and up tilt have been sped up.
  • Buff Up tilt does 1% more damage.
  • Buff Forward tilt does 1% more damage.
  • Buff Back aerial has greater KO power and deals 1% more damage.
  • Buff Neutral air deals 1% more damage and has more knockback.
  • Buff Back throw deals 1% more damage and has stronger knockback.
