Jigglypuff is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4, as confirmed by a leaker's Twitch stream. It retains Puff Up as its Final Smash. Its model and expressions has been updated to match recent appearances, notably Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, with brighter, more cyan colored eyes, which are also much smaller than in previous iterations
How to unlock
Complete one of the following:
- Clear Classic Mode on 7.0 difficulty or higher with Charizard.
- Play 120 VS. matches.
Jigglypuff must then be defeated at Unova Pokémon League.
Changes from Brawl
- Neutral attack and up tilt have been sped up.
- Forward throw seems to have strengthened.
- Dash attack has less ending lag.
