Overview
Ness performs a stomp attack below him. The move has a decent amount of startup, somewhat high ending lag, and some landing lag (especially compared to its previous incarnation) so this can be a risky move to use. On the other hand, it autocancels the entire time there is no hitbox, which is a step above most other aerials. The down aerial functions as Ness' meteor smash to edgeguard and has very high base knockback, but has low knockback scaling, so it cannot KO until 200% on grounded opponents.
