Pikachu needs to react perfectly to MK to pull ahead, while MK can react somewhat sloppily to what Pikachu does to retaliate.

Wolf has great mobility and his bair really helps against Pikachu, as he can't be grabbed out of it if he spaces it right. Wolf can KO Pikachu safely without getting very close, while someone like Fox needs to go in, while they risk getting chaingrabbed.

The only basis I make it a +4 on is the d-throw footstool, and that the only thing Sheik can really do is needle camp, which is extremely ineffective. Otherwise it's most likely a +3.
