Physic changes
- No more tripping. (possible fact)
- Increased hitstun.
- Forward smashing with the Home Run Bat takes much less start up time.
Character changes from SSBB to SSB4 (buffs and nerfs)
Mario
Buffs
- Down smash has significantly increased power.
- Up smash is slightly stronger.
- Mario Tornado is his Down Special again and now gains hight if the B button is push quickly.
- The hight gained from Super Jump Punch was increased.
Donkey Kong
Buffs
- Giant Punch is stronger along with improved reach. (Stronger, yes, more reach, not really)
- Fair meteor smash is slightly stronger. (But it is faster)
Nerfs
- Spinning Kong travels slightly less vertically.
