This is not true. Master Hand & Crazy Hand does not have attacks that is a unconventional meteor smash. Jetstream tail has a disjointed hitbox and it allows to meteor smash player off stage. When I was playing classic mode with Peach & Jigglypuff I noticed his Jetstream has a disjointed hitbox so it hits the character offstage. I tested with Mr. Game & Watch on event 50 & Master hand was able to meteor smash players offstage with Flying Punch. Power Punch can meteor smash player that hangs on a ledge for too long.
