Hero's Bow is Link's Neutral B attack in SSBB. As pointed out by Sakurai, it is apparently faster than its Melee counterpart. This is shown in gameplay videos; even when the attack isn't charged up, the arrows fly farther than in Melee.

Link can still hold the arrow in place when it's fully charged.

Link's Hero's Bow, as it appears in Brawl.

Hero's Bow is Link's standard special move in Brawl. When used, Link takes out the Hero's Bow and begins to draw an arrow tight. If the B button is held, the arrow will be drawn tighter. The tighter the arrow is, the straighter it will fly and the faster it will go. This weapon made its first appearence in The Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess. It reappears in Brawl, replacing the Bow from the previous installment.
