Mizzo appears as an enemy in the Subspace Emmisary mode in Brawl. It can only be found in a display room in the Battleship Halberd Exterior along with other Subspace enemies, and can be seen attached to two blue tentacles and attemps to swim around.
Mizzo is believed to have been captured by Meta Knight during the assault on the Battleship Halberd and displayed and studied for weaknesses, and Tabuu didn't bother making more.
