The sheer amount of upsets gave many Japanese players new player values for LumiRank, and as a result a total of 500 points were added to the player point system. Not only did this allow DELTA 8 to maintain its "premier" status on LumiRank, but it also had an impact on many previous Japanese tournaments, including retiering UltCore Second, Sumabato SP 45, and Maesuma'U22 to A-tier, therefore giving Glutonny an additional major win and Miya two additional major wins.
