Mano a Mano (格闘王への道, Road to Fighting King) was an Event Tourney. It ran from 6 a.m. on November 8, 2019 to 6 a.m. on November 11, 2019 (UTC), and was repeated on the following dates:

- 6 a.m. on February 3, 2023 to 6 a.m. on February 6, 2023 (UTC)
- 6 a.m. on February 2, 2024 to 6 a.m. on February 5, 2024 (UTC)
During the event, all matches were 1-on-1 stamina battles on Ω form stages. The original run commemorated the release of Terry.

- Mano a Mano was the first Online Tourney event to not use Time as the battle rules.
- Mano a Mano was the first Online Tourney event to be followed by another Online Tourney event rather than a Spirit Board event.
- Mano a Mano is the only Online Tourney event where the original run commemorated the release of a DLC fighter but did not restrict fighter selection.
- The Japanese name of this tourney is the same as The Arena from the Kirby series.
