Mano a Mano (格闘王への道, Road to Fighting King) was an Event Tourney. It ran from 6 a.m. on November 8, 2019 to 6 a.m. on November 11, 2019 (UTC), and was repeated on the following dates:

  • from 6 a.m. on February 4, 2022 to 6 a.m. on February 7, 2022 (UTC)
  • from 6 a.m. on February 3, 2023 to 6 a.m. on February 6, 2023 (UTC)
  • from 6 a.m. on February 2, 2024 to 6 a.m. on February 5, 2024 (UTC)

During the event, all matches were 1-on-1 stamina battles on Ω form stages. The original run commemorated the release of Terry.
