PMRank: Quarantine's Rising Stars, alternatively titled as PMRank 2020...?, lists the top 10 upcoming Project+ players in the world during the 2020 season. This ranking was unique in that it consisted of both offline and online results. The rankings were released on January 13th, 2021 via Smashboards.
Methodology
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a lack of data necessary to produce the typical annual top 50 rankings. As a result of this, the PMRank staff opted to create a list of the top 10 upcoming players that they believe deserved recognition. The data was gathered from pre-COVID-19 events and online events that had occurred in 2020.
