Octoling (タコゾネス, Takozonesu) is an enemy and species of player character in the Splatoon universe.
Origin
Octolings are the Octarian equivalent to Inklings. The appear as enemies in the single player modes of Splatoon and Splatoon 2. In the DLC of Splatoon 2, Octo Expansion Octolings became playable, and could be unlocked for multiplayer upon beating the DLC.
