Team Rocket is a villainous group that first appeared in Pokémon Red and Green.
Origin
Team Rocket is a crime organization led by Giovanni. The main character encounters the grunts throughout the journey, including Mt. Moon and Saffron City. Although initially disbanded after defeating Giovanni, the team would later return in the sequel games Pokémon Gold and Silver, where the team resurfaces in the Slowpoke Well and attempts to reach out to Giovanni to rejoin the team by taking over the radio tower in Goldenrod City.
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
The Team Rocket Grunts appear as a Mii Brawler Costume for Ultimate as part of Wave 3.
