In Adventure Mode: World of Light, Galeem and Dharkon create copies of characters during their battles, albeit only those that were shown under their control during gameplay for each. Fake versions of all characters in the game exist, with the exceptions of Kirby, Olimar, and the Mii Fighters. Despite a fake version of the male Pokémon Trainer existing in the Subspace Emissary and being shown in the mode's prologue as being captured by Galeem, there's no fake version of either gender of Pokémon Trainer produced when one of their Pokémon are spawned. Additionally, alternate characters (such as Alph, female Corrin, female Robin, female Villager, male Inkling or male Wii Fit Trainer or Pikachu Libre) and downloadable fighters (such as Piranha Plant, Joker or Hero) do not have false variants.

World of Light

In Adventure Mode: World of Light, Galeem and Dharkon create copies of characters during their battles, albeit only those that were shown under their control during gameplay for each. Fake versions of all characters in the game exist, with the exceptions of Kirby, Olimar, and the Mii Fighters. Despite a fake version of the male Pokémon Trainer existing in the Subspace Emissary and being shown in the mode's prologue as being captured by Galeem, there's no fake version of either gender of Pokémon Trainer produced when one of their Pokémon are spawned. Additionally, alternate characters (such as Alph, female Corrin, female Robin, female Villager, male Inkling or male Wii Fit Trainer or Pikachu Libre) and downloadable fighters (such as Piranha Plant, Joker or four iterations of Hero) do not have false variants.
