Overview[edit]
Jigglypuff spins on one leg while kicking with the other. The move has generally rather limited usage, due to its significant lack of range while not having the necessary speed to make up for it. A combination of the move's mediocre frame data, bad range and low base knockback (which makes it unsafe on hit at lower percents) significantly hinder any utility it would otherwise have. It does however have some usage, due to its impressive damage output of 10%, combined with its good knockback scaling, which allows it to send opponents offstage, and even potentially kill at high percents. Overall however it does not have much utility.
Hitboxes[edit]
