Rename images
I think the names of [[:File:Fire Fox Brawl startup.jpg|this]] image, this image and this image should be changed.--Wolf rulez! Star Fox 10:23, 5 June 2011 (EDT)
- Alright then. In the future though, might be a better idea to post such on those images' talk pages. Toomai Glittershine The Irrepressible 14:46, 5 June 2011 (EDT)
Split suggestion for Fire Bird
I added a split tag to the Fire Bird section because I think it deserves it's own page, since it has different customizaton options than Fire Fox. What do you guys think? Tepig (talk) 13:51, 24 September 2014 (EDT)
- Supoort This honestly should have it's own page. Awesomelink234 You rang, dude? 19:58, 24 September 2014 (EDT)
- yes It having a different name than Fire Fox should be enough to warrant its own page. Are there any other special move pages that list two special moves of different names? Scr7(talk · contribs) 14:22, 24 September 2014 (EDT)
I agree that there should be a split for all moves with different names.Poweron721 (talk) 11:27, 26 September 2014 (EDT)
- Support It really makes the pages look cleaner, and less confusing. It's also better when you're looking for one move but it redirects to another. It's confusing to someone who might be new to the wiki. Roarmoocowz (talk) 19:28, 26 September 2014 (EDT)
- Oppose. There are a number of attacks that have different names but work exactly the same. We could cover Fire Bird a little more on this page but it's ridiculous to have pages for Dr. Tornado, Upperdash Arm, Super Sheet, etc. And would we split Gale Boomerang and Hero's Bow? They have different names too, so clearly they deserve a page, right? ...a new Nuttais approaching... 11:37, 26 September 2014 (EDT)
- Falco Phantasm doesn't deserve its own page either. If this doesn't pass, I'm going to put a merge tag on it. ...a new Nuttais approaching... 19:19, 26 September 2014 (EDT)
- The moves are mostly cloned, but saying that the moves work "exactly the same" isn't quite accurate due to the different properties across each game they're both in. Also, having Fire Bird dumped at the bottom of Fire Fox's page can cause confusion for some people who may be searching for Fire Bird, as another user said before. The page layout is currently rather messy, and there's not much you can do to clean it up when it requires two separate galleries, etc. Likewise, having separate pages for moves like Dr. Tornado isn't ridiculous. And Hero's Bow/Gale Boomerang aren't really relevant because they're used by the same character. Scr7(talk · contribs) 20:26, 26 September 2014 (EDT)
Support I don't even know why the heck these two are combined in the first place despite being the same move visually but I can say there are some noticeable differences. Trust me. Dots (talk) The Silent 20:07, 26 September 2014 (EDT)
Electroshock Arm was slpit, so I don't think there's any need for more discussion right now, since it's the same deal. Just split this page now. Tepig (talk) 15:54, 3 October 2014 (EDT)
- I've attempted to begin the split, but the redirect prevents me from doing that. Can someone point me in the direction of killing it?—Preceding unsigned comment added by Phineas81707 (talk • contribs) 00:07, 8 October 2014 (EDT)
- This disscussion hasn't come to an end yet. Since it seems most people support the split, can someone please split the page now? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tepig (talk • contribs) 14:44, 27 October 2014 (EDT)
- Thank you for reminding me. I forgot to clean up my mess on the way out. User:Phineas81707 Phineas81707 (talk) 19:41, 27 October 2014 (EDT)
Twisting Fox
Doesn't anyone else think Twisting Fox is (or can be) difficult to interrupt?

Something weird happened with Fire Fox
So, when I was playing Smash for th Wii U, an enemy Captain Falcon got a smash ball while standing right next to me, so I (stupidly) attempted to use Fire Fox to escape, but while I was floating there, being on fire, he used Blue Flacon. So I went flying, but as I was flying, I was still on fire! This is probably just a graphical glitch, but I felt I should mention it.

- I went and tested this, and I can confirm it happens. I did not test it with Fire Bird or NES Zapper Posse though. 72.133.91.93 18:44, 14 September 2018 (EDT)Blueflame105
