MLG Chicago 2004: Midwest Mayhem was a Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament held by Major League Gaming in Chicago, Illinois from June 19th-20th, 2004, with both Melee events happening on Saturday the 19th. It was the first ever MLG run smash tournament and the second major in the 2004 MLG season.
