| Official description |  These retro-game heroes are smashing past their bedtime. They'll be in a world of hurt if Mom catches them! Late at night, the retro game heroes battle it out. But if Mum catches you, it's all over!

Secret Smash is a co-op event match in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. In it, player 1 controls Duck Hunt and player 2 controls Mr. Game & Watch and must defeat another Duck Hunt and Mr. Game & Watch in a stock battle on the Gamer stage. The players have 1 stock while the opponents have 2. If either player is defeated, the event results in a failure. On the stage during this event, 5-Volt is extremely powerful and can possibly OHKO.
Progression
This event is unlocked by clearing Flat Fracas and unlocking Duck Hunt. Completing the event does not unlock any further paths.
Completing the event on hard difficulty awards the player with the Sprinter Collar equipment.
