First of all, am I seriously the only other RWBY fan in the entire wiki? That's how it looks to me. Anyway...

Suggestions[edit]

Regarding her attributes: 35 bullets? I've never seen a weapon hold 17.5 bullets before. xD 40, maybe? Shots that explode at point-blank sound cool, unless I've misunderstood something. And the "neutral special to reload" sounds kinda unsettling. And dangerous. Maybe that could be removed in favour of the Ember Celica having the ability to automatically start reloading after 2 seconds without using it have passed. A total of 4 seconds sounds pretty reasonable compared to the nerf she receives. And since grabs don't count, simply holding or pummeling the opponent can let it reload and immediately set up a grab release. Now, Yang is 1.73 meters tall and is only 17... Considering how her weight won't be above 79 (Fox), maybe the aura should start at 0.8x and cap at 1.8x at 150%.

Regarding her moveset: Forward tilt could be a cross punch. Single-hit moves are generally more reliable, and because Jigglypuff abuses SDI. Up smash's animation could be moved to forward smash, with up smash being a two-handed backwards-leaning uppercut (like the KO Uppercut). Down smash could be a sweeping punch on either side (like Little Mac's). Dash attack could be a hard-breaking straight punch (sort of like Lucas's). Back throw is broken. Side special... Uh, maybe that should be the Ember Shot, with neutral special being a... counter, I guess? I haven't seen much of Grimm Eclipse, so I have no idea what other moves it has. Lastly, Final Smash could be a trapping move that deals 40% at 1.0x aura. You saw what she did to that poor Grimm when it cut off a tuft of her hair...

I talked to my brother (who was the initial person making her moveset), and he agrees with all of your ideas. I'd like to point out though that the back throw issue was a lost in translation thing, as I meant to type "chance of it", not guaranteed. XD I'll start adding some of your ideas, but I'm not good at figuring out aura, so if you'd like to take care of that on her moveset, feel free. :D

As for my ideas, really? Okay! It's probably one of the last times someone will agree with all of my ideas in my entire life... xD Anyway, I kinda left out some important details. The new dash attack could do 4% more damage to make up for the lower speed, and because Lucas's can KO absurdly early. I also made the huge mistake of saying "hard-breaking" instead of "hard-braking". I have a CPE and I still confuse "break" with "brake" sometimes... Up smash could do 14% instead of 8.5%, unless its knockback scaling is something like 170. And down aerial could be an axe-handed double punch like Diddy Kong's. More power is always a good idea! :D
