I was wondering if u wanted to help recreate the deviantart wikia, the others hav got all the inappropiate content out and now wit just the main page, and how the heck do i get to events 31-50 on SSBM? AmyPinkRose May 10, 2010 12:08

I think you need to complete the first 30 events to unlock 31-50, but I might be wrong, my memory's not great. Also, if you want to contribute to any Wikia, you need to avoid abbreviating words. The Tourney?

Trophy articles

I finished splitting the List of SSBM and SSBB trophies into each series. As such, you can now redirect the existing trophy articles to the correct list. You'll find them in the category for speedy deletion. Omega Tyrant 23:36, August 7, 2010 (UTC)

When you tag a category for deletion since it is no longer needed, remember to remove that category from the articles you go through, such as the UFO article. Omega Tyrant 13:11, August 8, 2010 (UTC)

Mainspace edits

Whenver making edits to the mainspace, be gender neutral in your edits. You shouldn't be using "her" or any other word that dictates gender when making edits to the mainspace. Omega Tyrant 22:45, August 11, 2010 (UTC)

Pluralising (not “A player starts by taking up his position”, but “Players start by taking up their positions”), although this can be problematic where the text needs to emphasize individuals, or where it creates a need to switch regularly between singular and plural.

The only reason I used genders was to make the examples easier to understand, since using "he" and "they" to represent a player and an opponent respectively in one example, and then using "she" and "they" to represent another player and opponent in the next example made it less confusing. I'm all for gender neutral, it's just that I swear I've seen articles around here that use the word "he" in examples, so I thought people recognised it as acceptable.
