I do not like Brawl Central. It is fan-made. What evidence is behind each claim? Do NOT add information they haven't 100% proved. I mean, being able to copy abilities from items would be awesome, but clean-cut evidence is not present. And by evidence, I mean E4 All or the Dojo. And the earlier of which is still not fully reliable.--Oxico 16:43, January 13, 2008 (EST) | I do not like Brawl Central. It is fan-made. What evidence is behind each claim? == Cracker Launcher glitch ==
I'll just report a small glitch I saw, that couldn't reproduce. It's minor, and it looks like it just randomly happened, so I can't expect this to be added to the wiki any time soon; as such I'll just briefly post it here.
I was playing Brawl's All-Star mode, on Intense, and got to the vs Pokémon battle, on Pokémon Stadium 2. I inhaled Jigglypuff and got its Rollout. After racking up some damage, a Cracker Launcher appeared. I took it, and shot down Jigglypuff and the other opponent. While I waited for the next opponents to spawn, I was still holding the Cracker Launcher, and when Jigglypuff disappeared, my ability was dropped. Now, this is normal, as I should probably point down on the article when I finish this. The weird part was that the little star that falls off appeared in the center of the stage, and not from me. Weirder still was the fact that I was in a weird pose; didn't take much time to analyze it, as I was a bit dumbfounded, but I'm guessing that, seriously, if you pick a Kirby, grab a Cracker Launcher, throw it forward, and pause the game on the last frame in which the item is still in Kirby's hand, THAT is how I looked. When I tilted the control stick, Kirby went back to normal.
Theoretically, this should be easy to reproduce: just swallow a character's ability and finish them off with a Cracker Launcher. Although, I later tried on Easy, and on the vs Mario battle, but couldn't get it to work. I still dropped the ability, but the star wasn't misplaced, and Kirby wasn't in a weird pose.
Anyway, if you're bored and feel like hunting for glitches, try giving this one a go, see if you can reproduce it. Otherwise, this is just a story of a Smasher that found a glitch. — {EspyoT} 18:38, 29 April 2013 (EDT)

Kirby's Inhale and King Dedede's Inhale seem to be similar to each other, though. The only main difference is that Kirby can copy abilities using it and exhaled opponents take a bit less damage. Hitting an enemy with another enemy still seems to deal the same amounts of damage for both. LimitCrown (talk) 19:23, 3 November 2014 (EST)
:Hmm, another difference that I've found is that the knockback angles for the exhaled stars are different for Kirby and Dedede. Kirby's Inhale causes opponents to be launched diagonally while Dedede's Inhale causes opponents to be launched more vertically. Bump for the new proposal. This page is certainly large enough that neither page would be a stub, and we have eleven subsections in Kirby's section right now. Someone should replace the current image on this page (while using it on an article about that fish), and instead put the new picture of Kirby swallowing Mario here. Does that sound good? I'd do it myself, but I'm typing on my DS right now. -Dogman15 02:45, December 20, 2007 (EST)
