Waddle Dees are the projectile used in King Dedede's Smash B attack (Waddle Dee Toss), and in his Final Smash: Waddle Dee Army. They are more effective in the latter than the former. After being thrown, they "waddle" across the stage, and will occasionally unleash weak attacks. If a Waddle Dee approaches a ledge, it will squat, and then jump off. During King Dedede's Final Smash the Waddle Dee Army actively attacks. During the Subspace Emissary the Waddle are used to capture Luigi.
