Additions
- Bayonetta and Corrin can be downloaded from the Nintendo eShop, with the new Mii Fighter costumes.
- Umbra Clock Tower is included with the purchase of Bayonetta.
- Castle Siege and Coliseum have two new music tracks included with Corrin.
- All invincibility frames from tripping have been standardized to 5 frames and all follow ups' invincibility frames have been standardized.
Bowser
- Dash attack damage: 10%/8% → 12%/10%.
- Up throw knockback growth increased: 155 → 180, reducing its combo potential at high percentages.
- All variations of Flying Slam's grab range increased.
Bowser Jr.
- Forward smash has less ending lag: frame 60 → frame 56
- Up smash has less ending lag: frame 63 → frame 57
- Down smash has less ending lag: frame 68 → frame 60
- Forward aerial damage: 8%/5% → 9%/7%
Captain Falcon
- Blue Falcon's visual effects modified.
Charizard
- First hit of up smash's hitbox placements modified significantly and have angle modifications and/or increased knockback.
- Second hit of up smash deals more knockback.
Dark Pit
- Dark Pit Staff's visual effects modified.
Diddy Kong
- Trip Follow Up: Stand Up Invincibility: 17 Frames → 16 Frames
- Trip Follow Up: Forward Roll Invincibility: 10 Frames → 9 Frames

- Up smash is significantly improved. Both kicks hit one frame earlier, the first kick has intangibility frames on his legs, hits better against ducking opponents, and is stronger.
