Jigglypuff's down special in Smash 4 is Rest. Opponents must be touching Jigglypuff in order for Rest to connect and the attack has high endlag. However, it is an extremely powerful attack, dealing 56% damage (including the flower that opponents are afflicted with) and KOing at around 50%.
