Here's the real question I have about this page: Is this based on the differences in the NTSC and PAL versions, or is it simply a tier list made by different people? A BRAWL PAL tier?

- There are no gameplay differences between NTSC and PAL for Brawl as far as I'm aware; otherwise you couldn't have online play between the two regions. Toomai Glittershine
