#Stealth Rock, as Mr. Anon mentioned, is an extremely reliable move in competitive Pokémon. Articuno and Moltres would lose 50% health then because of double weakness to rock type attacks. I'm guessing that it counts as a tie for that placement. In this case, in the event that no other votes go to Articuno or Zapdos, we wiil have a tie for first place, while Moltres earns third place.
