A Ticken (テキン Tekin) is an enemy in the Subspace Emissary and first appears in The Plain. It looks like a giant, metallic chicken, though upon defeat, its "body" falls apart and reveals that a yellow bird was piloting the Ticken. The bird chirps, then flies away. The Ticken has two attacks, one where it flies into the air and then attacks with an attack similar to the Bowser or Yoshi Bomb, which can bury, and another where it extends its spikes and rams the player.
