:::The only reason I used genders was to make the examples easier to understand, since using "he" and "they" to represent a player and an opponent respectively in one example, and then using "she" and "they" to represent another player and opponent in the next example made it less confusing. I'm all for gender neutral, it's just that I swear I've seen articles around here that use the word "he" in examples, so I thought people recognised it as acceptable. Wolf
You must be quite the dedicated Wolf player, this is the second time you edited every section of his article in three days, but it is nice to see such dedication. Keep up the good work. Omega Tyrant 14:53, April 24, 2010 (UTC)
It is nice when someone notices your contributions. Also, remember to sign your posts in the future, it is a rather strict policy around here. Omega Tyrant 16:14, April 24, 2010 (UTC)
Brawl
Nice Falco artwork, that is alot better than I can draw. By the way, do you play online? I've been looking to fight a good Falco, since he is Dedede's worst matchup and Dedede is my best/favorite character. Omega Tyrant 18:47, April 25, 2010 (UTC)
1 of my brothers is awesome with Falco. You willing to fight him?--Megatron1 (talk) 04:36, April 27, 2010 (UTC)
IRC
Hey Mako Shark, do you want to talk on the IRC? Omega Tyrant 07:13, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Well I... what's the IRC? Mako Shark (talk) 07:14, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Do you see the box with random page, upload image, etc. ? One of the options are the gaming IRC where you can talk with other users. Omega Tyrant 07:16, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Oh. Sure, I'll try it out. Mako Shark (talk) 07:20, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Or not... I'm not really sure how it works... Mako Shark (talk) 07:31, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
- Be sure to pick the wikia-smashbros. channel. Omega Tyrant 07:32, May 2, 2010 (UTC)

Want to talk on the IRC again? Omega Tyrant 04:14, May 6, 2010 (UTC)
- Sure, but I can't stay long.
Momentum Canceling
Thanks for revising the Momentum Canceling Page. You certainly improved its quality. I think it looks good enough to be a featured article. Omega Tyrant 20:55, May 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks! I'm still working on it at the moment. The content is great. Mako Shark (talk) 20:59, May 8, 2010 (UTC)
Help out
I was wondering if u wanted to help recreate the deviantart wikia, the others hav got all the inappropiate content out and now wit just the main page, and how the heck do i get to events 31-50 on SSBM? AmyPinkRose May 10, 2010 12:08
- I think you need to complete the first 30 events to unlock 31-50, but I might be wrong, my memory's not great. Also, if you want to contribute to any Wikia, you need to avoid abbreviating words. I didn't know DeviantART had its own Wiki. Who are the administrators? Mako Shark (talk) 16:17, May 10, 2010 (UTC)
I dont think there are any. AmyPinkRose May 10, 2010 12:26
- Sorry, but I don't see the point of a DeviantART Wiki. If you can convince me otherwise, I'll consider helping. Mako Shark (talk) 16:32, May 10, 2010 (UTC)
Re:Brawl
Did you get your connection for wi-fi yet? My brother wants too see how good you are with Falco and I'm really want to brawl someone.--Megatron1 (talk) 17:04, May 23, 2010 (UTC)
- Not yet, sorry. I've been preoccupied with other things lately. I'll get back to you if ever it happens. Mako Shark (talk) 19:01, May 23, 2010 (UTC)
The Tourney?
This is a link to a tourney that took place in January 2008 in Austraila. Know anything about it? Most of the info isn't on there.--MegaTron1XD 21:15, July 8, 2010 (UTC)
- I think it was a sponsored tournament with competitions for a bunch of different games. Cao won Melee singles and doubles. I don't know much other than that, but the article badly needs a cleanup, haha. Mako Shark (talk) 05:33, July 9, 2010 (UTC)
MSN
Get on it as soon as you can, there are some things I must discuss with you. Omega Tyrant 02:20, July 10, 2010 (UTC)
Get on it as soon as you can, we must finish our discussion from earlier today, no matter how unpleasant it may be. The sooner we finish it, the better. Omega Tyrant 02:58, July 14, 2010 (UTC)
You deserved this for a while now
I'm giving you this to let you know that your work has not gone unnoticed and it is appreciated. You were my partner on multiple Wiki projects and I look forward to continuing working with you in an effort to make this Wiki the best collection of Smash Bros. information out there. Omega Tyrant 10:51, July 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Didn't everyone that got it? MAKO! I never see you on IRC.--MegaTron1XD 06:13, July 18, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks dude, I mean, err... Mr. OT dude. I appreciate it muchly; will continue contributing in my spare time.
- @Megatron, I don't use the IRC taht much and my time zone is way different to yours, sorry about that. Mako Shark (talk) 06:32, July 18, 2010 (UTC)
IRC
If your MSN is still giving you problems, could you come on the IRC sometime? Omega Tyrant 12:24, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
Could you come on the IRC again as soon as you can? There are some things I need to discuss with you. Omega Tyrant 07:33, August 5, 2010 (UTC)
Since you left before we could discuss what I was planning to discuss, can you come back on? Omega Tyrant 08:11, August 6, 2010 (UTC)
What happened? You left without saying anything. Omega Tyrant 08:56, August 6, 2010 (UTC)
Wait, why did you leave so soon? Omega Tyrant 09:34, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

Trophy articles
I finished splitting the List of SSBM and SSBB trophies into each series. As such, you can now redirect the existing trophy articles to the correct list. You'll find them in the category for speedy deletion. Omega Tyrant 23:36, August 7, 2010 (UTC)
- Excellent, will do. Mako Shark (talk) 07:52, August 8, 2010 (UTC)
- When you tag a category for deletion since it is no longer needed, remember to remove that category from the articles you go through, such as the UFO article. Omega Tyrant 13:11, August 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, I didn't realise they didn't disappear automatically. Will do so in future. Mako Shark (talk) 13:17, August 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Did you forgot that the Game & Watch had a trophy in Melee? I redirected the article instead of deleting it. Omega Tyrant 15:04, August 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Also, the Kirby Hats had trophies in Melee too. So I don't see why they should be deleted over being made into redirects. Omega Tyrant 15:39, August 8, 2010 (UTC)

1000 Edits
Congratulations on becoming the 59th editor on the Smash Wiki to reach 1000 edits. Also, congrats on 75%+ of your edits being on the mainspace. I look forward to seeing more great work out of you. Omega Tyrant 12:52, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Mainspace edits
Whenver making edits to the mainspace, be gender neutral in your edits. You shouldn't be using "her" or any other word that dictates gender when making edits to the mainspace. Omega Tyrant 22:45, August 11, 2010 (UTC)
- Is there a policy on this? If so, can you link me to it? Mako Shark (talk) 00:52, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
- I can not find any guideline or policy about this, but girls and boys are reading this. Saying "he should" makes girls feel that they shouldn't be playing this and vice versa--MegaTron1XD 00:58, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
- It was a great edit you made to the mindgames article, but you have to be as neutral as you can in mainspace edits to be encyclopedic. Omega Tyrant 01:00, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
- Simply put, it's called having a neutral point of view, which is something that is practiced on all serious Wikis. Again, good work with the mindgame article, just maintain a NPOV on your mainspace edits in the future. Omega Tyrant 01:15, August 12, 2010 (UTC)
- Wikipedia says:
- There are a number of ways of avoiding the use of generic masculine and feminine pronouns; the following are examples:
- Pluralising (not “A player starts by taking up his position”, but “Players start by taking up their positions”), although this can be problematic where the text needs to emphasize individuals, or where it creates a need to switch regularly between singular and plural.
