Philly Billy is a Pikachu player from New York City. He is a member, and close friends with the crew Deadly Alliance. Most people in NYC know him as "Ron"
He's one of the more noteworthy Pikachu mains in the area. Unlike most pika mains, one of his favored matchups is against Marth.
