Philly Billy is a Pikachu player from New York City. He is a member and close friends with the crew Deadly Alliance. Most people in New York City know him as "Ron".
At one time he is one of the more noteworthy Pikachu mains in the area. Unlike most Pikachu mains, one of his favored matchups is against Marth. He does not have the most conventional playing style, which leads many to underestimate his ability when watching him play. He discovered pivoting and the freeze glitch for the Ice Climbers.

Controversy[edit]
Philly Billy has displayed violence at a few tournaments, most notably punching UnknownForce twice which got him banned for a brief period.[1]
