Kraid is a boss appearing in the Metriod series. Kraid is a big, green tyrannosaur with 3 eyes, razor sharp teeth, and spikes in his belly.
In SSBM
Kraid can be seen in the Brinstar Depths stage. He appears in the background rising from the lava. After one big roar, he bites roars menacingly, and then slashes at the stage, which causes it to tilt. Since he is a background character, he cannot be hurt, be doesn't hurt you either. He also appears as a trophy.
