This template is to be placed on an offending user's talk page after an instance of clear vandalism.  It's usage is <nowiki>{{warning|[[PAGE VANDALIZED]]|~~~~}}</nowiki>.  Please do not use this on a user who has simply made a bad edit in good faith.  ''Only use this when a user's contributions are a clear instance of vandalism.'' Preferably, the template should be <span class="plainlinks">[http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Subst substed]</span>, by using the method of <nowiki>{{subst:warning|[[PAGE VANDALIZED]]|~~~~}}</nowiki>.
