The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Not so active anymore.

Cranky Kong is an old member of the Kong family and the grandfather of Donkey Kong. He was also, in fact, Donkey Kong himself in Donkey Kong. Sitting in his cabin at the DK Island, he sometimes gives advice to the player when he/she visits him. In Donkey Kong 64, he is a scientist instead and gives the DK Crew various potions.

In Super Smash Bros. Melee

Cranky cameos.

In the Jungle Japes stage, he walks back and forth in his old cabin. He also stops sometimes to sit in his rocking chair and rock back and forth. Also, an Erlenmeyer flask and two test tubes can be seen through the window, as a reference to that he was a scientist in Donkey Kong 64.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl

He appears as a trophy and as a Medium sticker, which gives +7 attack to indirect specials. It can be used by all characters. He also appears in the background of Jungle Japes, like in Super Smash Bros. Melee. When using Snake's secret taunt against Donkey Kong, Otacon tells Snake that the original Donkey Kong that Mario fought was actually the current DK's grandfather. That being said, Cranky Kong can also be found on the 75m stage. Ironically, he is actually a very deadly stage obstacle when he is pounding his chest.
