Sonic (SSBB)

Template:Character Sonic the Hedgehog (ソニㇱク, Sonikku) is a character from SEGA that has been confirmed to appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. A swift character, Sonic runs at an extremely quick pace that will likely rival, or even dwarf, that of Captain Falcon in Super Smash Bros. Melee.

Role in Subspace Emissary

In the October 10 Sonic's trailer, Mario and Sonic are seen toghether fighting the Subspace Army that can suggest that Sonic will be on Mario and Pit's team. Though no officials words have been revealed as it may have been just shown only for clear demonstration.

Special Moves

• Standard Special Move: Homing Attack (tentative name)*
• Side Special Move: Spin Dash
• Up Special Move: Spring Jump
• Down Special Move: Spin Charge
• Final Smash: Super Sonic

*During a demo play IGN noted that when performing a Standard Special Move (neutral B), Sonic jumps in the air in his curlball and lands on his closest enemy, implying that it is his Homing Attack.
