Role in Subspace Emissary
The October 10 Sonic's trailer Mario and Sonic are seen toghether fighting the Subspace Army that can suggest that Sonic will be on Mario and Pits team. Though no officials words have been revealed as it may have been just shown only for clear demonstration.
Special Moves
- Standard Special Move: Homing Attack (tentative name)*
- Side Special Move: Spin Dash
- Up Special Move: Spring Jump
- Down Special Move: Spin Charge
- Final Smash: Super Sonic
*During a demo play IGN has stated when pressing regular B, Sonic jumps in the air in his curlball and lands on his closest enemy, implying that it is his Homing Attack.
