Tournament Go 5 was the fifth in the Tournament Go series hosted by Matt Deezie in San Jose, California on August 2nd-3rd, 2003.
Stagelist
For both singles and doubles, all stages were legal except for Temple and Yoshi's Island 64. The first stage of a set was chosen at random or by player agreement.
Items
Items were on Low, with the Maxim Tomato, Heart Container, Super Mushroom, Poison Mushroom, Starman, and "possibly" Cloaking Device turned off.
The announcement post containing the rules implies that Matt Deezie was still deciding whether the Cloaking Device was to be turned off or not, but there is no documentation of the decision.
